The Rose Room is the smallest unit out of eight units offered at Strathavon. This budget room is not only affordable but offers the overnight guest all that they require. The room is situated at the front of the property with stunning views of the Rose bushes. The single bed in the room is accompanied by a small desk/dressing table. There is television with its own DSTV hotel bouquet, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Guests have full access to the Breakfast Room/ Guest Lounge. A continental breakfast is served here. During the afternoons and evening Guests may make use of the television area or use the breakfast area and microwave to heat an evening meal should they so wish.
